ABOUT THE AUTHOR
David B. Franks was one of six lawyers nationwide who authored a chapter for this publication. Each author was selected based on his experience and standing within the legal community.
Franks, a partner in the law firm of Franks & Rechenberg, P.C., of Lake in the Hills, focuses on DUI and criminal defense. He is a member of the McHenry County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, and a member of the latter’s Criminal Justice Section Council and Traffic Laws and Courts Section Council. He currently serves as the secretary of the Traffic Laws and Courts Section Council.
